1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the PK15 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and PK15.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. PK15 reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

2Eligibility

To register and use PK15, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PK15 does not permit use by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform in a personal capacity, for entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You must not be a person who has been previously excluded or banned from the platform.

PK15 may conduct age and identity verification checks at any time. Where a player cannot satisfactorily confirm their eligibility, the account may be suspended and any balance held pending the outcome of the review.

3Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one account only on PK15. Duplicate accounts – including accounts registered using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details belonging to the same individual – are strictly prohibited.

When registering your account, you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your identification documents.
• A valid email address that you have personal access to.
• A Pakistani phone number, which will be used for account verification and security purposes.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 or older.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. PK15 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

Account information, particularly your name and date of birth, must match the details on your payment accounts. Mismatches may delay or prevent withdrawals until the matter is resolved through verification.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on PK15 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and other mobile wallets as displayed in your account at the time of the transaction.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your PK15 account balance once the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown at the point of deposit.
• PK15 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Only deposit using payment accounts that belong to you personally. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• All withdrawals are sent exclusively to accounts registered in your own name. PK15 will not process withdrawals to a third party's JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account, or any other account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in your account dashboard.
• Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment method, but PK15 aims to process approved requests promptly.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks before processing, particularly for larger amounts or where account details have recently changed.

PK15 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds at any time, as part of standard account security procedures.

5Bonuses & Promotions

PK15 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page, in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus rules that apply to all offers:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money is typically used before bonus funds unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. PK15 may decline or withdraw a bonus offer if it determines the offer is being abused or exploited.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, household, device, or IP address applies. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in all bonuses being voided.
• Certain games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements – for example, some slots may contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Check individual promotion details for specifics.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus or associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn by the expiry date will be removed from the account.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on PK15 – whether on casino games, sports events including cricket and PSL matches, live casino tables, or any other product – are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. PK15 does not allow cancellation of bets after they have been accepted by the system.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within each game or betting market.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or bet, PK15 will investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. The platform's decision in such matters is final.
• For sports betting, if an event is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within the defined timeframe, PK15's standard void and settlement rules will apply as stated in the specific sports betting terms.
• Odds and prices displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet will be settled, subject to the specific market rules.
• PK15 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where there is evidence of price manipulation or error.

Game outcomes for all Casino and Live Casino products are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer procedures, ensuring fair and unpredictable results for every player.

7Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

PK15 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and honest gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Colluding with other players or working with third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language towards PK15 staff or other players.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform you are not authorised to access.

Where PK15 detects or suspects any of the above, it reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, conduct a thorough investigation, void affected bets and bonuses, and permanently close the account with any remaining balance withheld pending the investigation outcome.

8Account Suspension & Closure

PK15 may suspend or close a player account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or fair play violations.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other illegal use of the platform.
• A player's own request to close or self-exclude their account.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, PK15 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at a player's own request or for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account or request a self-exclusion period for responsible gaming reasons should contact PK15 support directly.

9Responsible Gaming

PK15 is an entertainment platform and gaming should always remain a leisure activity. The platform is committed to promoting responsible gaming habits among all its players.

• Always set a personal budget before you start playing and stick to it. Only use money that you can comfortably afford to spend on entertainment.
• Take regular breaks. If you find yourself playing for longer than you intended, step away and return another time.
• Gaming is not a way to make money or resolve financial difficulties. Treat it as a form of entertainment, like any other leisure activity.
• PK15 strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement and will take immediate action where underage access is identified.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the PK15 platform – including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional material – is the intellectual property of PK15 or its licensed content partners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any PK15 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of PK15's brand, logo, or content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Games available on the platform are provided under licence from third-party software developers. These games remain the intellectual property of their respective developers and are governed by their own end-user terms alongside these Terms.

11Limitation of Liability

PK15 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service. However, PK15 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical issues.

• PK15 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical interruptions, or connectivity issues outside its direct control.
• PK15 is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of your own gaming decisions.
• PK15 is not liable for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or banking institutions.
• To the fullest extent permitted, PK15's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the relevant transaction period.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or any other matter where exclusion would be unlawful.

12Privacy & Data

PK15 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, communicate with you about your account and promotions, and ensure compliance with platform security requirements. PK15 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13Changes to These Terms

PK15 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the PK15 platform after an update has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
